Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 4.0

So I decided to give the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge a shot. 90 days of free workouts, folks! Now there's really no room for excuses. As some would claim, I "neglected" Harper and baby gated her in the living room while I squeezed in my 20-minute workout this morning. She was perfectly content with her toy loot AND she got the pleasure of witnessing mommy get healthy! I'm setting a good example, guys. I hope that in just a few short years, she'll be doing these exercises alongside me. :)

Day 1 - May 4th - I took my measurements and weighed myself. I also took "before" photos. I'm going to chronicle my journey here for anyone who would like to follow. Capiche?
179.8 lbs.
neck: 14"
chest: 40.5"
right arm: 13.75"
left arm: 13.25"
natural waist: 33"
belly button: 37"
hips: 43"
right thigh: 25.75"
left thigh: 25.25"

Day 1 was the fit test. Here are my results:
squat curls: 26
push-ups: Zero. I cannot do a single push-up. I did 15 on my knees once I quit attempting full push-ups.
mountain climbers: 80
right static lunge: 22
left static lunge: 20
irish jig: 110
tricep dips: 20
elbow plank: 43 seconds

Day 2 - May 5th - first BBM cardio workout.
sprint in place - did the whole 50 seconds
rockettes
reverse lunge hop (right)
reverse lunge hop (left)
squat jacks: did half squat jacks and then half speed squats
mountain climbers
squat thrusts: OUCHHHH
wall sit: did all 50 seconds
