[5 days down.]

Yep, you've already been away for 5 days. Currently, it just feels as if you're out on a short field op. We're used to those by now, right? I give it a few weeks and it will finally set in that you're going to be gone for more than just a month. We're doing okay. Obviously, we miss you. We are settled down here at mom and dad's, enjoying having Grandma and Grandpa and Auntie Jenn around. Today we were fairly lazy. We spent most of the morning in bed, nursing off and on in between snoozes. We finally left the house around 5 this evening for a nice walk down at the Shores with Grandpa. We sure do miss you on our beach walks. You would have loved the weather today. The water is about 75°! Harper is just a little blabbermouth. Cooing and making all sorts of cute noises these days. Can't believe our little nugget is going to be two months old in three days. Time flies! Or at least I hope it will and before we know it, you'll be back here with us. Sure do love you,handsome.
